Omega Music Technology is a division of Steradian Technologies, a world leader in outdoor laser tag and other entertainment technology products. We are a family-focused company and keep all labor local to our factory in Lafayette, Indiana.
Our entry into the music game market, the Omega Pedal, is a real Pearl™ kick pedal with realistic action and rebound. It stands alone as being much more than a replacement pedal; it was the first step towards the dream of real drums in video games.
Not being satisfied with the existing market, we embarked on creating the ultimate drum experience while still being easy and affordable enough to reach the mass market. We extended our good relationship with Pearl™ to bring you top-shelf drums. We developed our Tech Trigger and Omega cymbal trigger to interface the real drum experience to video games. We packaged it all together in the GM-1 Game Module system.
We’ve had a lot of fun developing the GM-1 system, and we see many advantages in our designs over existing music add-ons. We continue to develop these products and see a bright future for Omega Music Technology.
