Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined by the size and weight of the items included in your order and the address to which they are being shipped. Available shipping options and prices will be displayed during the checkout process for your review and selection before your order is placed. All estimated delivery times are measured in business days from the time the product is shipped.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any product¹, you may return it in NEW condition for a refund of the original product purchase price (not including shipping charges) less a 10% restocking fee within 30 days of the original ship date. All returned merchandise must have a return authorization number (which may be obtained by contacting us), be in original factory condition showing no signs of wear or use (such as tears, dings, dents, scrapes or scuffs) and include all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the inner package. We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns. All refunds will be credited to the bankcard used for the original purchase.
¹ Replacement beater pads, drumheads and drumsticks may only be returned if defective or unopened. If defective, these items may only be exchanged for the same product.
Terms and Conditions
Orders are processed in the order they are received and can be canceled at any time until we have begun processing them. Orders are usually processed within one business day of being placed. Your credit card will not be charged until we have begun processing your order. If a portion of your order is backordered we may ship in-stock items in advance. Your card will be charged for the full amount of your order when any part of your order is shipped.
Because prices, product descriptions and availability can change rapidly, Omega Music Technology does not warrant the accuracy of any information contained on the site. Also, Omega Music Technology may make changes to the information, products, or prices contained on the site without notice (including after placing an order). In no event shall Omega Music Technology be liable to you in any manner for missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information contained on the site. If a product you purchase does not match the description on the site, your sole remedy is to return the product for a refund according to our Return Policy.
